I had a confirmed reservation at 9pm in the lounge, but I was left waiting for 25 minutes at the bar, where I ordered a terrible Negroni. The bartender Lady who was rude, unsmiling, and visibly annoyed with her job, made it horribly. When I pointed it out to the manager, the receptionist, a certain Olga, was just as impolite. It’s surprising that the Roca Group hires people like this.
After waiting for 30 minutes, I was finally Olga given a table—behind a column. My dinner experience consisted of me, my wife, and the column. Absolutely scandalous and disgraceful.
I do, however, appreciate the intervention of Alessio Mandatori, who tried to fix the situation. He was very kind and professional, but unfortunately, it wasn’t enough to salvage the night.

Roka never disappoints, and that’s why I keep coming back! The service is always exceptional, with the team making sure my water glass stays full while also keeping my cocktail or wine topped up😉 true attention to detail 👌. Deco of this place as well is on fire😍.

Booked a birthday brunch for my daughter. Everything was going well until our main. My dish arrived then we had to wait 20 minutes for my daughter’s dish and by then we were a bit fed up. Then we waited such a long time for our pudding I said just don’t bother.
Still charged us full price.
Not ok. Big let down.

Super expensive place for what uses to be best food .... It's my 4th time n ROKA and probably won't return... £100 person and I was still hungry afterwards. I've been to better places like this for 1/3 of the price.

Came here for Valentine’s Day. Service overall was not great at all not our waitress wasn’t very attentive and was blunt and pushy. There must have been an incentive for selling the valentines cocktail as I had to decline it three times before she gave up. The waitress that took over towards the end was far more polite and friendly. Food was mediocre and quite bland except for the seabass which was really enjoyable, the lamb chops were succulent but again very bland. My partner and I found it quite shocking that most of the plates served to us were chipped right down to the chopstick rests. I would expect far higher standards of service and food from an upper mid range restaurant. Definitely overpriced for the quality received.

Terrible service, put plenty of tables right in the entrance just to squeeze in more people. I wanted to leave cause I was freezing the whole time, but my friend was hungry so we couldn’t. Nobody came to take our orders for 837327 hours, extremely sassy servers. Terrible experience, not worth it.

Amazing brunch, all the dishes were so tasty. There was so much variety for the brunch menu. The interior was opulent and the service was impeccable. We will definitely be returning back soon.

Perfect example of Japanese fusion done right. It’s easily one of my top five restaurants in London, and every visit feels like a special occasion and normally is. The combination of flavours, high-quality ingredients, and a lively yet sophisticated atmosphere makes it a must-visit for any food lover.
The black cod is simply outstanding, it melts in your mouth with every bite. The lamb cutlets are another highlight, perfectly charred, offering a rich depth of flavour with just the right amount of seasoning.
